Payment Information

Quotes presented at booking inquiry are estimations and a final quote will be provided to you by our partner, Luxury Home Rentals Miami, upon response.
Bookings of 6 nights or longer will require a mid-week clean of $275 plus tax every 6 days to maintain the quality of the residence. This includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made.
Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $150 fee per dog, per stay. No other pet type allowed.
Residence owners retain the right of refusal. Note: The above pet fees and policies remain subject to laws regarding Emotional Support Animals (ESA’s), with the provision of a doctor’s note, or letter from a licensed healthcare provider.
